By accessing or using Bzyness, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Bzyness provides AI-powered business analytics tools for Indian D2C sellers, including:

• True P&L dashboards across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, and Blinkit

• SKU-level profitability analysis with STOP/SCALE/HOLD/FIX signals

• True ROAS attribution deducting COGS, fulfillment, and returns

• Ad performance analytics via Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Ads integrations

• Customer analytics including RFM segmentation, LTV, and cohort analysis

• Daily AI profit briefs delivered via WhatsApp Business

• Inventory intelligence, ghost stock detection, and demand forecasting

• CSV and file-based data ingestion for offline platform reports

• AI-powered recommendations through a 6-agent chatbot interface

To access Bzyness, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

Bzyness offers subscription-based access. New accounts receive a free trial period during which full platform access is available. No payment is required until the trial ends. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay applicable subscription fees as per your selected plan

• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date

• Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods, except in cases of billing error or verified technical failure preventing access to the service

• Price changes communicated 30 days in advance by email

• Billing commences at the end of the trial period or upon voluntary plan upgrade, whichever occurs first

By connecting your platforms, you grant Bzyness read-only access to:

• Order and transaction data from connected platforms

• Product catalogue and inventory information

• Advertising spend and performance metrics

• Customer names, email addresses, and purchase history

• Payout, returns, and fulfillment data

Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

By using Bzyness, you (the merchant) act as the data controller and Bzyness acts as the data processor for any personal data belonging to your customers that we access via connected platforms. As your data processor, Bzyness agrees to:

• Process customer personal data only for the purpose of providing analytics services to you

• Not sell, share, or use customer personal data for any purpose beyond delivering the Bzyness service

• Implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data

• Delete customer personal data within 30 days of a verified deletion request or account termination

• Notify you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting your customers

• Assist you in responding to data subject rights requests (access, correction, deletion, portability)

This DPA forms part of these Terms of Service and applies to all merchants who connect a platform to Bzyness. For DPA-related requests, contact tech@bzyness.ai.

The Bzyness platform, including all software, algorithms, designs, and content, is owned by Bzyness Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Bzyness is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last 3 months

• Analytics and recommendations are informational, not financial advice

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. We will also update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For changes that affect how we process your personal data, we will seek your explicit consent before the change takes effect.
