Managing Shopify, Amazon & Flipkart in One Dashboard

Juggling multiple sell channels is painful. Learn how unified platform integrations give you a single source of truth for orders, inventory, and revenue.

Most Indian sellers are on at least two platforms. Many are on three or four. Managing orders, inventory, returns, and performance analytics across separate dashboards is not just time-consuming — it creates blind spots. You never see your full picture until you manually stitch it together in a spreadsheet at month end.

Bzyness solves this with native integrations for Shopify, Amazon, and Flipkart — plus Meta Ads, WhatsApp Business, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile. Everything feeds one dashboard.

Connecting Shopify

Head to Platforms > Shopify and click Connect. You will be redirected through the Shopify OAuth flow — no API keys to copy manually. Once authorised, Bzyness pulls your orders, products, and customer data in real time. The Shopify sub-dashboard shows revenue by period, order volume, fulfilment rates, and your top-selling SKUs.

You can also manage products directly from the Bzyness product catalogue, which syncs changes back to your Shopify store.

Connecting Amazon and Flipkart

Amazon integration connects via Amazon Seller Partner API. You will need to authorise Bzyness from your Seller Central account. Once connected, FBA inventory levels, ASIN performance, and financial reports are pulled into the platform. The Amazon sub-dashboard surfaces AI recommendations for low-performing ASINs alongside fee analysis and advertising ROI.

Flipkart connects via the Flipkart Seller API. After authorisation, your listings, order status, shipment tracking, returns, and SLA compliance metrics are all visible in one place. The analytics tab breaks down channel profitability including Flipkart commission rates and penalty deductions.

A Unified View of Revenue and Inventory

Once all platforms are connected, the Command Center dashboard aggregates revenue, order count, and return rate across all channels into a single set of KPI cards. You can filter by platform, period (30 / 60 / 90 days), or product category.

Inventory levels are tracked as a unified count. When stock falls below your configured threshold on any platform, Bzyness surfaces a low-stock alert in the morning brief and the notifications centre — no more discovering you are out of stock on Flipkart only when orders fail.

What About Google Analytics and Meta Ads?

Bzyness also integrates with Google Analytics (via OAuth) and Meta Ads (via Meta Business API). Traffic data, conversion funnels, and ad campaign performance sit alongside your commerce data, so you can see the full funnel — from a Meta ad impression through to a Shopify order — in one view.

The Platforms page shows a live connection status for all 8 supported integrations. A "2/8" badge on your plan tier indicates how many are active. Higher plan tiers unlock additional concurrent integrations.
